Goods can only be dispatched upon receipt of payment - payment can either be made by CHEQUE payable to

By PAY PAL at checkout. You do not need to have an account with them to use this facility and it guarantees you a free secure payment.
DELIVERY
The majority of orders are dispatched the next working day ( special orders will take longer ) We use Royal Mail Recorded First Class. You will receive an e mail when goods are dispatched. If there are any delays we will let you know.
POSTAGE & PACKING
Within the UK. These orders will need to be signed for on delivery.
UK rates are £0.75p per order for Pouches & Bags. For Embroidery p/p prices please see EMBROIDERY BY DESIGN site.
OUTSIDE UK
Price will be advised at time of order.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY
We would always prefer that you are happy with your order so if you are not happy with any goods received or they are damaged you may return them to us within 7 days explaining the reason and whether you wish replacement or refund. We recommend that you use recorded post as we cannot replace items `lost in the post`
VAT
All prices include VAT @ 17.5% (where applicable).
In case of overseas orders from Countries where VAT is not payable we will deduct the VAT from order.
